Most IVF abroad resources are funded by clinics. Their recommendations reflect who pays them, not what's best for you. We take a different approach: independent research, transparent cost ranges, and honest assessments of each destination's strengths and limitations.
Where we have depth
While we cover seven countries, our deepest expertise is in Colombia and Latin America. We're based in Medellín and work directly with the fertility tourism ecosystem here — which gives us ground-level insight into clinic quality, patient experience, and the practical realities of treatment that you won't find in a clinic brochure.
That said, we'll tell you if another destination is a better fit for your specific situation. Our goal is to help you find the right answer, not the answer that benefits us.
How we make money
We earn referral fees from partner clinics when patients book through our consultation process. This is standard in the medical tourism industry. The difference is that we recommend based on your clinical profile and priorities first, and only suggest partner clinics that genuinely fit. We're also happy to recommend clinics we don't partner with if they're the better option for you.
